libGDX 1.12.1 no longer supports armeabi on Android.

The
armeabiarchitecture is not supported in libGDX 1.12.1, so this pull request removes it. The newestarmeabi-v7processor is apparently around 9 years old, so it is unlikely that support for many devices will be lost here.This is the corresponding pull request for MovingBlocks/DestinationSol#668.
